The tour wants to give fans, not scalpers, the best chance to buy tickets at face value. To make this possible, they have chosen to use Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange. If fans purchase tickets for a show and can't attend, they'll have the option to resell them to other fans at the original price paid. To help protect the Exchange, the tour has requested all tickets be mobile only and restricted from transfer. Please note, a valid bank account or debit card within the country of your event is required to sell on the Face Value Exchange. Billie Eilish will continue her long-standing partnership with environmental nonprofit REVERB on this tour. Sustainability efforts on this tour will include reducing greenhouse gas pollution, decreasing single-use plastic waste, supporting climate action, and updating concession offerings to promote and encourage plant-based food options. 

The Billie Eilish REVERB Eco-Villages will be set up at two (2) locations in the main concourse for both nights. Bring an empty reusable water bottle or donate for a custom RockNRefill Nalgene bottle to fill up at the free water refill stations located at each venue.

We're partnering with Support + Feed to hold a Non-Perishable Plant-Based Food Drive, supporting Second Harvest Heartland at the shows. Fans are encouraged to participate by donating items such as: canned beans, corn, peas, green beans and rice.

Where possible, take public transportation and carpool to and from the shows. Xcel Energy Center is easy to access from several Metro Transit bus lines and the light rail Green Line servicing the downtown Saint Paul area. For safety and speed of entry, we strongly discourage guests from bringing bags of any kind to events at Xcel Energy Center. Wristlet, clutch, belt bags or wallets 4” x 6” x 1.5” or smaller are allowed at all entrances and subject to inspection. Medical and parenting bags are permitted and subject to X-ray screening at Gates 1, 3, 4  & 5.

Guests with GA floor tickets need to enter the arena via Gate 1.

Beginning at 8 a.m. on the day of the show:

• GA guests may go to Gate 1 to get an official numbered wristband. 

• Guests can only get one wristband for themselves by presenting their ticket. 

• Guests will not be allowed to pick up wristbands for friends or other ticket holders.  

• Once the wristband is received, guests must leave and may return at 4 p.m. to line up.  

• Return times will be assigned and staggered. If you do not return at your assigned time, you will be forced to go to the end of the line.  

• Wristband will NOT be replaced if it is taken off, damaged, or misplaced. 

• Wristband is only valid for the day of the show and must be accompanied with a valid ticket for entry.

Pro tip for faster mobile entry: Add your tickets to your phone's "wallet" and have a fully charged battery. This bypasses the need for Wi-Fi or cellular data at the gates.
