Per Saint Paul’s Executive Order, all guests age 5 and older attending events at Xcel Energy Center starting on Wednesday, Jan. 26 will either need to furnish proof of a completed vaccination series against COVID-19 or proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken under medical supervision within 72 hours of entry, along with a matching photo ID for those age 18 and older. COVID booster shots are not required. Individuals under the age of 5 are exempt from the order.

All guests will be required to wear a face covering at all times inside the arena, except when eating or drinking.

To expedite entry, consider uploading proof of vaccination or negative test result in advance. If you are uploading a negative test result, please wait to complete until 72 hours prior to the event.

NO BAGS are permitted inside the arena to help reduce staff touchpoints and expedite entry times for guests. This includes clutches, clear bags, purses, backpacks, fanny packs, etc. Medical and diaper bags are permitted at Gate 1 and are subject to x-ray screening. Small wallet in pocket or on lanyard permitted.

Pro tip for faster mobile entry: Add your tickets to your phone's "wallet" and have a fully charged battery.

Mobile tickets are like an airline boarding pass which can be accessed with a smartphone via the Ticketmaster app or mobile site in a QR code format and scanned at the gate for entry.

Once you are within 48 hours of your event, log on to your Ticketmaster account and add the mobile tickets to your Apple Wallet/Google Wallet app. Once you have added to the app, your QR code will be accessible for entry. This bypasses the need for Wi-Fi or cellular data at the gates.
