This event will be a phone-free and smartwatch-free experience. Use of phones and smartwatches will not be permitted in the performance space. No cameras are permitted.

Upon arrival at the venue, phones will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times, and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space.

All pouches and equipment are routinely sanitized. The Yondr staff is trained and required to follow safety guidelines and hygiene protocols to practice social distancing, minimal contact and wear required personal protective equipment.

NO BAGS are permitted inside the arena to help reduce staff touchpoints and expedite entry times for guests. This includes clutches, clear bags, purses, backpacks, fanny packs, etc. Medical and diaper bags are permitted at Gate 1 and are subject to x-ray screening. Small wallet in pocket or on lanyard permitted.

Xcel Energy is replacing a natural gas line along Wabasha Street, between 4th and Exchange streets, and along 4th Street West, between St. Peter and Cedar streets in downtown Saint Paul. Click here for more details.

Face coverings are currently not required to attend this event. Guests who prefer to wear a mask are encouraged to continue to do so. Proof of vaccination/negative COVID test are not required to attend this event.

By purchasing tickets to events at Xcel Energy Center, unless prohibited by law, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status.

Pro tip for faster mobile entry: Add your tickets to your phone's "wallet" and have a fully charged battery. Log on to your Ticketmaster account and add the mobile tickets to your Apple Wallet/Google Wallet app. This bypasses the need for Wi-Fi or cellular data at the gates.
