Mandatory Health Screening

Prior to arriving at Xcel Energy Center, ticketed guests are required to perform a self-health screening. The self-health screening is sent to ticketed guests via email the day of the game they are attending and should be completed no more than four hours prior to arrival.
Guests will be required to show their health screening confirmation email or text/SMS to Guest Service team members at the gate.
Health screenings can only be submitted on the event day that you are attending, and are valid only for that event.

Face Coverings Required

All guests over the age of two (2) years will be required to properly wear a face covering (cloth or surgical type mask) at all times while in the arena, except when actively eating or drinking in their assigned seats.
- Face coverings shall completely cover the mouth and nose, fit snugly against the sides of the face, and shall be secured under the chin.
- Acceptable face coverings include medical grade masks or 3-layer cloth coverings (or at least two cloth layers with a filter).
- Gaiters are not permitted to function as face coverings.
- Bandanas are not permitted to function as face coverings.
- Use of a face shield does not eliminate the requirement to wear a face covering underneath.
- Face coverings which have exhalation valves or vents are prohibited.
Children under the age of two (2) years must not wear face coverings.

Tickets

Events at Xcel Energy Center, including MSHSL tournaments, use digital entry only on a mobile device.

As the home of the Minnesota Wild, Xcel Energy Center uses the NHL Wild App as the platform for guests to access their digital tickets if they received them in coordination with their school’s athletic director. For ease of entry at the arena, it is highly recommend that fans save tickets to the wallet app on their mobile device.

Spectator Information

- Face coverings are required to be worn at all times in the venue.
- All spectators need to show a health screen confirmation for entry.
- Spectators are responsible for socially distancing themselves from others who do not live in their household.
- We have designated social distanced seating to be occupied solely by members of your party and our Guest Services Members will ensure proper social distancing in restrooms, at concession pickups and all areas throughout the arena. Please be mindful to keep your distance from members outside of your party at all times.
- After picking up your concession items, please bring them back to your seats to enjoy. Do not eat on the concourse or in common areas throughout the arena. The only exception is while fans are actively eating and drinking in their assigned seats.

Bag Policy

NO BAGS are permitted inside the arena to help reduce staff touchpoints and expedite entry times for guests. This includes clutches, clear bags, purses, backpacks, fanny packs, etc. Guests arriving at the venue with these items will be asked to return them to their car. Medical and diaper bags are permitted at Gate 1 and are subject to x-ray screening.

Gate Times and Clearing of Arena

Quarterfinals (March 30 and March 31)
- Four quarterfinal games will take place each day. Each of these games will be a separate ticket (11 a.m., 1 p.m., 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.).
- All fans are required to leave the arena at the conclusion of the game.
- Gates to Xcel Energy Center will open 30 minutes prior to game time for quarterfinal games on March 30 and March 31.
Semifinals and Championships (April 2 and April 3)
- Semifinal and championship games will be conducted as two sessions each day, with each session containing two games.
- Fans will be ticketed by session.
- First session of the day contains games at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
- Second session of the day contains games at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
- All fans are required to leave the arena at the conclusion of the session.
- Re-entry is not permitted at Xcel Energy Center.
- Gates will open 60 minutes prior to the first game of the session for semifinal (April 2) and championship games (April 3).

Concessions

Limited 'grab and go' concessions are available. Mobile (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) or credit card payment required. Concessions must be consumed in assigned seats. Eating and drinking in the concourse is prohibited.
