GA Entry Process

• Guests with GA floor tickets are welcome to pick up a numbered wristband between 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Tuesday, February 4 at Gate 1 of Xcel Energy Center (199 W Kellogg Blvd).
• Guests will receive a numbered wristband by presenting their GA ticket.
• One wristband will be issued per person. Guests are not allowed to pick up wristbands for friends or other ticket holders.
• Once a wristband is secured, guests are notified of their return time. Return time signifies the time to come back to Gate 1 to line up for entry.
• Return times are assigned and staggered. If you do not return at your assigned time, you will forfeit your place in line and be directed to the end.
• Wristbands will NOT be replaced if they are taken off, damaged, or misplaced. 
• If you do not collect a wristband, you will be directed to end of the line.
• Fans with a VIP package should defer to directions provided though their package. These instructions do not apply.
• Xcel Energy Center does not allow camping. Fan numbering systems will not be allowed.

For safety and speed of entry, we strongly discourage guests from bringing bags of any kind to events at Xcel Energy Center. Purses no larger than 12” x 12” x 6” are allowed at designated X-ray entry points. This applies to all purses, including clear bags. Backpacks, coolers or large totes are prohibited. Medical and parenting bags are permitted and subject to X-ray screening. Wristlet, clutch or wallets 4” x 6” x 1.5” or smaller are allowed at all entrances and subject to inspection.

Official tour merchandise will be available at sections 104, 110, 115, 119, 123, 126, C28, 217 and in the Michelob Golden Light Taphouse.

Pro tip for faster mobile entry: Add your tickets to your phone's "wallet" and have a fully charged battery. This bypasses the need for Wi-Fi or cellular data at the gates.

Only credit card and mobile payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) are accepted for concessions, retail and parking transactions. Only credit card payment is accepted for box office transactions. Cash is not accepted.
