Ticket Information

Xcel Energy Center events use digital tickets for mobile entry to access the arena. Mobile tickets are like an airline boarding pass which can be accessed with a smartphone via the Ticketmaster app or mobile site in a bar code format and scanned at the gate for entry. Mobile tickets are protected by Ticketmaster’s SafeTix™ technology. SafeTix™ continually generates a new and unique barcode that automatically refreshes every few seconds so the barcode cannot be stolen or copied, keeping your tickets safe and secure. Screen shots are not accepted for entry.

Pro tip for faster mobile entry: Add your tickets to your phone's "wallet" and have a fully charged battery. Log on to your Ticketmaster account and add the mobile tickets to your Apple Wallet/Google Wallet app. This bypasses the need for Wi-Fi or cellular data at the gates.

Gift cards are available for purchase online or in person at the Xcel Energy Center Box Office. Gift cards may be used to purchase tickets in person at the box office and at most concession stands in the arena.

Xcel Energy Center gift cards may not be used for Ticketmaster purchases. The Xcel Energy Center Box Office does not accept Ticketmaster gift cards for purchases.

The only authorized ticket sales agents for Xcel Energy Center events are the Xcel Energy Center Box Office, Xcel Energy Center Sales Department and Ticketmaster. Tickets purchased from any other source may not be valid. Xcel Energy Center is not able to honor, replace or refund invalid tickets. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (scalper, ticket broker, eBay, Craigslist, StubHub, etc.), you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.
