Single Day-Session and Student Tickets Now On Sale for 2022 NCHC Frozen Faceoff
Saint Paul, Minn. - Beginning today, Thursday, Feb. 10 at noon CT, all ticket types to the 2022 NCHC Frozen Faceoff are on sale. Single day-session tickets are now available for purchase, as well as discounted student tickets. The National Collegiate Hockey Conference’s annual championship tournament returns to Xcel Energy Center in Saint Paul, Minn. on March 18-19 after a two-year absence.
While all-session tickets to the 2022 NCHC Frozen Faceoff remain on sale, fans now have the option to purchase tickets to only one day of the Frozen Faceoff. Single day-session tickets are available for both semifinal games on Friday, March 18 or a Saturday-session ticket provides access to the championship game on March 19. All-session tickets consist of tickets for both days (two tickets total) and all three Frozen Faceoff games.
On March 18, the first semifinal begins at 4 p.m. CT with the second game at 7:30 p.m. CT. The following night, the championship is set for a 7:30 p.m. CT puck drop.
Both single day-session and all-session tickets can be purchased online at ticketmaster.com. Certain fees may apply.
Single day-session tickets are available at several price points, including as low as $37.50 for select lower-level seats, while club seats are available for as low as $52.50 for two games. The NCHC is also offering special ticket pricing for students of NCHC member schools. NCHC students may purchase up to two (2) all-session ticket packages in select lower-level sections for $50 each. Single day-session student tickets for either Friday, March 18 or Saturday, March 19 are available for $25. For information on how to purchase student tickets, contact your school’s athletic ticket office. A student ID will be required to enter the arena with student tickets. Certain fees may apply.

In addition to the Frozen Faceoff games, the Minnesota Wild will host the Chicago Blackhawks on Saturday at 1 p.m. CT prior to the championship game for fans wanting to watch more hockey (separate ticket required).
Several fan events are also planned around Frozen Faceoff weekend, including a Fan Skate, NCHC Awards Celebration, and NCHC Fan Fest. Frozen Faceoff team practices will be open to the public on Thursday, March 17. The NCHC Fan Skate will once again take place on the eve of the Frozen Faceoff on Thursday, March 17 as well from 7 - 8:30 p.m. at Xcel Energy Center. Fan Fest, featuring a DJ, jumbotron, interactive games, food and drink, and more, will take place both days of the Frozen Faceoff (Friday and Saturday) from 3 - 7 p.m. CT behind Herbie’s On The Park between Kellogg Boulevard and Washington Street.
