Suite Ticket Information & Parking

You may purchase up to your contracted amount of additional tickets for your suite. Due to fire code, if all of your additional tickets are purchased, your guest passes will be forfeited. Additional ticket prices will vary per event and will be included in the Wavework event announcement. All tickets must be paid in full prior to distribution.

The Box Office is located in the Gate 1 lobby off of Kellogg Boulevard on the Southeast side of Xcel Energy Center.

Hours of operation:

• Monday – Friday: 12:00pm – 5:00pm, except will stay open past 5:00pm for events.
• Saturday & Sunday: Closed, except for events (opens 4 hours prior to the event start time).

The resale of suite tickets is prohibited under any circumstances. Any ticket resale to a broker will constitute the termination of your suite contract in addition to revocation of any suite tickets and loss of ticket renewal privileges.

Parking passes provided for both Wild games and Xcel Energy Center Events, are only permitted in the Kellogg Parking Ramp. Additional parking information can be found here. 

If your suite is obstructed, you have the opportunity to request tickets on the 100 level. To ensure availability, please RSVP for the number of tickets you will be utilizing for the event by the RSVP deadline provided in the Wavework event announcement.

If your suite is obstructed for an event, you may access the suite prior to the start of the event. However, guests must vacate the suite as soon as the house lights go down. This is subject to change if the tour restricts obstructed access.
